We thank God, who is able to make Sister Annie jubilate.
Annie had applied for her study visa but felt anxious when she had not heard back for over 5 months. She sat in her room and prayed to God, “You gotta give me this study permit, because it’s very important to me.”
But when the deadline passed, she still did not get it. So she dropped her classes and dropped her residence.
“I was really depressed at that time. I thought it was the end of the world,” she said.
Convinced she would fall behind everyone else, she turned to video games just to distract herself from the sorrow.
That is when she reached out to a friend, who invited her to The Lord’s Chosen Campus Fellowship. And the rest, God took over, and restored her joy!
During this tough time, she reflected on her relationship with God, as her mother would encourage her and send her sermons. Today, to the glory of God, she has gone deeper in her relationship with God.
